Primary Goal:
We prepare the Orchard Ridge Neighborhood Association for a future of highly evolved neighborhood management.
Our committee will work on these primary issues: leadership, membership, communication, budget and fundraising.
Our immediate tasks:
Review all organizational documents and update as necessary
Determine nonprofit status with IRS
Identify potential new board members
Our upcoming/ongoing tasks:
Engagement and communication with the neighborhood
Investigate and create ways to entice more neighbors to volunteer – in small and large ways – for activities, committees, board, etc.
Create a process for on-going leadership succession
Get expenditure projections from other Action Teams
Formulate a budget
Create a revenue stream to fund goals/projects
