Neighborhood Yard Sale

Need to unload some things? Have a yard sale the same weekend your neighbors do! ORCC will buy the newspaper ad and provide maps of all ORCC yard sale locations. You hold your own yard sale,
keep your own profits and benefit from the group exposure.
NEW THIS YEAR: We're teaming up with Meadowood and Prairie Hills
to entice even more people to the area!

ORCC Annual Easter Egg Hunt
Sat., April 4, 2010
Orchard Ridge Park
10 a.m.
All parents should fill 12 plastic eggs with goodies and drop them off
at coordinator Lisa Schneider's house (5109 Flad Ave.)
on Thursday or Friday evening BEFORE the event.
In the morning, the Easter Bunny's helpers will be out getting those eggs
hidden all across Orchard Ridge Park.
If you can be a helper, please call Lisa (278-0672)
to let her know and get details.

Fourth of July Parade and Picnic
July 4, 2010
Orchard Ridge Park, behind Loruth and Whitcomb
Parade starts at 11:30 at the east corner of Whitcomb and Loruth.
Parade follows route around Loruth and ends at entrance to Orchard Ridge Park.
Picnic immediately follows parade.
Come join us for brats, burgers, hotdogs, sides, drinks and more!
Kids' Games: balloon toss, three-legged races, Moonwalk ride
Donations Gladly Accepted.
If you bring non-ORNA guests, encourage them to sign up
for a two-year ORNA membership for just $40! (Forms will be at the picnic.)

Holiday Decorating Contest
December 2010
Our esteemed judges will begin scouring the neighborhood for the best and the brightest exterior holiday decorations the week before Christmas.
A $25 prize will be awarded to the best exterior holiday decorations
for any Orchard Ridge Community Club member.
Non-member winners receive a free membership in ORCC!

Santa Visits for the Wee or Weary Ones
2010 Date To Be Announced (early December)
Each year the Orchard Ridge Community Club
sponsors Santa Claus visits for young kids under the age of eight
and mature adults older than 65.
Stay tuned for sign-up information.

Vitense Golfland
Free pizza and pop; buy your own wine/beer/munchies.
Let the kids play mini-golf or join adults in the community room!
We're hoping to have some of the neighborhood's orchestra students
play for us in the background.
Join us to make new friends and meet up with old ones!
